Thursday, August 20th - Breakfast Smoothie
1/2 cup water
2 cups raw tightly packed spinach
1/4 cup chopped celery & onion (it was leftover so I just threw it in)
1 banana, very ripe
1/2 large granny smith apple, in chunks
1/2 scoop Whole Foods Vanilla Soy Protein
