This weekend my visit to the Ballard Market was magical because I met Bill of Taylor Shellfish Farms. They provide the AWESOME oysters we had at Anchovies & Olives last week, and so to have a DIRECT seafood connection to the same amazing fresh delicious RAW SEAFOOD is just way too exciting for me.
