are you eating pre-made foods? great tip for you if you are!

These are super tasty and easy if you are eating anything that is pre-made, I highly suggest them!  for 200 calories and TONS of protein I would WAY rather eat 4 of these than a bar any day - these were part of my mini meals this week:Trader Joe's Turkey Meatballs (Flame broiled fully cooked)
